Our team has significant experience in obtaining development approvals for Residential and Commercial for both small and large scale proposals in municipalities across Ontario that included managing consultant teams and also, coordinating the submission of applications and development meetings.

Based on the project, our services involve preparing Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-Law amendments, Site Plan Applications and Minor Variance Applications.
